6. Refund Policy
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may not be applicable for:

- Hosting services already activated
- Third-party software licenses
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. The amount may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in the customer’s account depending on the banking and payment gateway processes.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

- Supply necessary content, images, and credentials on time.
- Review and approve project milestones promptly.
- Ensure that submitted content does not violate any applicable laws or copyrights.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the completed project is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
Robosol India reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes unless a confidentiality agreement exists.
9. Technical Support
Support services are provided according to the purchased package.
Issues arising from:
- Unauthorized modifications,

may require additional support charges.
10. Limitation of Liability
