At Robosol India, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Policy
Products may be returned only if they are received in a defective, damaged, or incorrect condition. Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
2. Replacement Policy
Robosol India provides a 1-month replacement warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects.
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period:
- We will inspect and verify the issue.
- An equivalent replacement product will be provided if the claim is approved.
- If the product is discontinued or unavailable, an alternative product of similar value may be offered.
The replacement warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, improper usage, or damage caused by external factors.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:
- The ordered product is unavailable and cannot be supplied.
- A replacement cannot be provided for an approved defective product.
- The order is cancelled before shipment.
Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
Shipping charges, installation charges, and service fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise approved by Robosol India.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Software, digital products, or downloadable content.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair attempts.
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
5. Warranty After Replacement Period
After the 1-month replacement warranty period, products may still be eligible for paid repair or service support, subject to product-specific warranty terms and service availability.
Additional warranty coverage, if any, will be governed by the specific product agreement provided at the time of purchase.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
